[Clinical Picture] Hypoglossal paresis caused by a solitary breast cancer metasasis at the basal skull

A 76-year-old female patient was admitted to the neurological department of our institution in October, 2016, because of acute dysarthria. Her symptoms started 2 weeks ago at the same time as a severe cold that had developed immediately after she received an influenza vaccine.
