We would like to thank Ozturk Topcu and colleagues for their interest in our study investigating the safety of pregnancy in patients with history of breast cancer (1). They pointed out a possible bias in our study results as patients desiring a pregnancy might have undergone imaging tests to exclude subclinical metastatic disease prior to attempting pregnancy.
