To the Editor In the recent article by Guo et al, the authors report outcomes of 4 age-defined cohorts receiving antileukemia drugs and a microtransplant. There are no controls not receiving a microtransplant, so it is impossible to know what impact the microtransplant, if any, had on the reported outcomes. Moreover, there is no attempt to account for obvious selection biases operating in the older subject cohorts. An explanation seems warranted.
