SBRT for pancreatic cancer: In regard of Bohoudi et al.

We read with interest the article of Bohoudi and colleagues [1] focusing on SBRT for pancreatic tumours using shallow inspiration breath hold (SIBH) and MRI-based IGRT. The authors proposed daily on-line adaptive RT with organs at risk (OARs) contour deformation and adjustment within 3 cm from the PTV and plan re-optimization, to reduce the daily variations of the relationship between tumour and duodenum and stomach [2]. We congratulate the authors for the high level of their research. We would like to raise some issues that we think could be of interest for the international SBRT community.
