Lancet Oncol 2013; 14: 1067–76—In this Article, the 95% CI curves in figure 3, and the graphs on appendix p 7 and p 10, were found to have been calculated using an incorrect statistical method, and as such the width of the CI lines (not the risk curves) needed to be corrected.
